Studio Policy
No refunds
There will be no refunds on any lash service. if you are unhappy with your service, please contact Klaudia directly through our website.
Payment only cash and debit
We accept only cash and debit. Please come prepared with your preferred method of payment.
Please arrive with clean and make-up free eyes
Lash services can only be performed on clean and makeup-free eyes. If you are a contact user, please remove eyewear prior to the appointment.
Late arrival does not reduce the price of the service
If you arrive late to your appointment, the price of the service remains the same. Your service time may be shortened due to your late arrival.
30 minutes late is subject to cancellation and a $50 charge
If you are more than 30 minutes late to your service, it is subject to cancellation and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hour cancellation is subject to a $50 cancellation fee
Please try and give us more than 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of service. Less than 24 hours’ notice is subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
No additional people or pets allowed
Please arrive at your appointment by yourself. We can’t allow more than one person in the studio at one time. Please leave your pets at home.
Please show up only for your appointment time
Your appointment will not start early because you arrived earlier. Please show up on time for your appointment.
There must be 40% of your previous set to be considered as a fill
If you have less than 40% of your lashes or have gone more than 24 days between appointments, you will be charged a full set.
FAQ’s
Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lash?
No. Properly performed eyelash extension application does not have the slightest effect on the condition of your natural eyelashes. Each eyelash has its own growth cycle, which lasts from 60-90 days and at this time, the eyelashes are replaced with new ones.
Can I book for a fill if I have eyelash extensions from another lash tech?
If you are coming from another lash artist, please book a new set and a foreign fill. If your lashes are ok to fill, you will only be charged for a fill and foreign fill. If I need to remove them, I will have enough time for removal and a new set.
Can I wear makeup to my lash appointment?
Please come to your lash appointment without makeup. The residues of mascara or other cosmetics on the eyelashes will result in poor eyelash adhesion and thus the application will be less durable. This also applies to the lower lashes.
Can I have lash extensions after a lash lift?
It’s best you wait 8-12 weeks so that the lashes are smooth enough to allow for correct bonding. On very lifted/kinked lashes, it can be difficult to get them to bond well/last properly.
Do I need to wash my lash extensions?
Yes. A good lash shampoo is highly recommended to gently remove dirt, residue and makeup from the eyelashes. Using a lash shampoo once a day significantly boosts lash health. Think of the process as similar to washing your scalp and hair to get rid of invisible oil, dandruff and dirt buildup.
